"An excellent 30 per cent Black Friday discount offer was marred by serious online processing difficulties & slow shipping. The website would not honor the discount code until finally I had to call for instructions to correct the problem, & even the email confirmation was still incorrect. In addition, the order was slow in getting to the shipping stage & will probably be another 10 days on its way. Altogether a frustrating experience!!"

"This is the first time i have had well water. Did not know they had shampoo for hard well water. I color my hair and get highlites which the well water always put a rusty tint to my hair. Then I came across Malibu at a salon in Flint Michigan.
