I had a minor problem with a purchase recently delivered. It looked like it was a manufacturing glitch on one of the parts. It happens. So I emailed their customer support, and honestly didn't expect a response back for quite sometime. I was happily surprised to receive a response back and a resolution within 20 mins.

"I did NOT have a good experience. #1 - I was told my product..The Deluxe Wonder Wheeler would be delivered within 1 day since I resided in Florida..it took 5 days. #2 - When it arrived it did not come with the washers to put on the wheels to kee them stabile. When I called Customer SErvice I was on hold for over an hour...I finally left a message and a representative called me back 2 days later. To date I still have not received the washers. The representative promised when I spoke to her a week ago I would receive the washers. As of today, July 13, 2012 I have not.

07/05/2012 - Received the product
07/05/12 - called customer service left voicemail after being on hold for over an hour
07/07/2012 - received call back from customer service
07/13/12 - still no washers.
