"I placed an order for two packages of archery broadheads that were the same exact brand and model. What I got was one new pack that was the current upgraded style and one old pack that the rubber parts had gone bad over time in. Since the same type of thing happened to me a few years ago with two pocket knives I bought for sons to have as Christmas stocking stuffers I wasn't very happy about it. I gave the product a bad review on Bass Pro's web page explaining exact what happened to me so other customers could read it. I thought they deserved to know that it was my experience on two occasions that Bass Pro had sold me older outdated products that had broken over time. What I stated was exactly the truth...nothing more and nothing less. Bass Pro Shop blocked my review and would not allow it to be posted for other customers to see what I had written. They wrote me an email to let me know that they would not post it. I sent a reply to Bass Pro and asked customer service why they wouldn't allow other customers to read the truth about my purchase. They sent back an email but would not reply to my question or post my review letting others know of my experience with the order. Purposely hiding your bad sales practices from other customers by filtering bad reviews about your business is a form of lieing to get higher sales. Me? I'm going to start placing my orders with companies that are honest and I can trust. When I read reviews I want to know I'm reading the good AND the bad, even if it doesn't always make the company look so great. From now on I'll come here and check out a company before I place my order!"
