Shop somewhere else

"Save yourself a headache, order from somewhere else. I made the mistake of ordering an item for my vehicle from Bam Wholesale. Once I received it determined that it did not fit my vehicle keeping in mind that I provided my VIN to ensure fitment. Contacted them to notify them it didn’t fit and included pictures. They were immediately unpleasant saying that the part did fit my vehicle and what fitment problem. Finally determined that they sent parts for the wrong vehicle. Despite the time and inconvenience this caused they did not offer any discount or free shipping for their error. I ask that the correct item be sent, this was Friday. As opposed to sending out the right one immediately, they delayed. Contacted them on Monday, why hasn’t the correct part I have already been charged for sent out, oh we had to order it will send it out Tuesday, item still not shipped Tuesday. Demanded full refund which I got then received several harassing E-mails from them. One of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering online. "

Company is a Joke

"I purchased a $200 part and paid for overnight shipping. 4 days later no part and they could care less. I will NEVER buy from them again."

Good experience

"Ordered a car part for my Toyota Corolla hatchback. Cheapest out of all Toyota dealers. Unfortunately, Toyota didn't have the item in stock so they informed me via email and asked whether I wanted to wait or get a refund. I decided to wait as other dealers also lacked the part. (TRD air filter box and coupling). A week later got an email that item was sent and I got it three days later. My experience was good as I wasn't in a rush for the part, prices was way better than others and my order item was genuine Toyota part. "
