"This shop is great. Great feature is that they have live help, that is when you are in the product's page you are interested in (while the shop is in working hours) a "Live Help" button becomes visible and you can chat with a sales rep.
I talked to this guy Greg Ripes who was shockingly friendly.
I bought an Maudio Omni Studio USB at the blowout price of $199 for a friend in Greece doing live performances. Shipped to Cyprus where I live with USPS EMS and then I had to reship it myself to Greece for around $60(yes it is expensive here in Cyprus)!!
They would have shipped directly to his address there but they couldn't do it because they have a policy that protects the credit card holder. Anyway the product came in perfect condition and my friend isn't complaining.

"Service that I would rate as excellent. There were actually two orders, the second as a result of having to return the first. No hassles, no excuses; the substitute item must have been on the way the same day as my phoned request for an RMA, since it arrived in the time as the original order. I appreciate prompt action and delivery. Good job guys!"

"I had a very positive experience doing business with Audiomidi.com. They were fast, reliable, courteous, and honest. I called them because I saw that they had some very competitive prices so I placed my order with a gentleman over the phone (sorry, can't remember his name) and he was very polite and patient. He did however input something wrong on the order, but he QUICKLY resolved it and emailed me letting me know it was corrected. I received my order (a delta 44 soundcard), and it was securely packaged and in great condition when I received it. I without a doubt, will consider them for my future audio needs."

"Emailed them inquiring about the Terratec DMX 6Fire 24/96 professional audio card with breakout box. I asked about a first time buyer discount. I soon after found it for $238 on another site. After consulting some friends I got anxious and just went ahead and called them to order, I asked if they could match the $238 and they gladly accepted the offer. I recieved an email a couple days later stating that they could give it to me at a price of $236.55 even cheaper than I had already purchased it for. I am not going to ask for the $1.45 because I feel they more then met my expectations. These guys are REALLY nice and VERY professional. Great tech support and help deciding on products also. "
