"I have not given ATT&T a bad review before but this has taken the cake. I am so upset so much that my blood pressure just went up. So I got 4 phones from AT&T on the 11th of June 2016. I was told after 3 months I will receive credit for the 3 months I have paid on. I was also told that I will get the fourth line free. Well it's been over 5 months and I am still paying on all 4 phones nothing has changed. I was on the phone with them for over an hour and 35 minutes and no one can seem to help me. The only thing I got was that a case will be opened and they will look into it but nothing shows that I am not qualified for it. So my thing is if I am qualified why haven't I received credit yet. I am paying over $500 every month to AT&T and I have been a customer with them for the longest time as well. this is the Thanks I get. Them stealing my money. It's sad. I haven't been paying attention to my bill because I trusted them. Please pay attention to your AT&T bills because they are thieves. I am very upset. thieves thieves thieves.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Rather bad experience given its 2014 and inventory management shouldnt be a problem.
I placed ANOTHER order, different charger. This time, it took them 6 days to figure out they were out of those chargers as well. Same message..."
