"ordered a levitron distribution module and quickly received an email confirming my order. Three days later I received an email stating that the order will ship in 7-10 days. 8 days later another email saying 5-7 days. I emailed around the 22 of July since I had not received the order or heard anything. The next day I got an email explaining the delay was the cause of Levitron and given a new shipping date. The product arrived much earlier than stated. Apart from not being informed of the delay until I asked the experience was positive and I would order from them again."

I was updated by email very soon after order and several emails to track order status. Would definitely buy from these guys again. They use Fedex Express for my order. They will not refund my money for a defective item even though they have had the defective unit for over 30 days (I have the UPS tracking details to confirm).
Their lame excuse is they have to wait to hear from the manufacturer.
