"Watch coupon codes very carefully, they change often. After I placed my order a new much better deal was offered. I contacted Appleseed's the next business day and asked for the "new" pricing. The answer was no. OK, I did place the order after-all. So I informed the agent that I would place a new order and send the first back with return shipping on me, of course. Over a week later and no progress on the second order. Appleseed's said they canceled it because it was a duplicate order. Also somewhat understandable but - they never told me. Their customer communication after order placement is terrible in general and it is unbelievable that they did not contact me about their action to cancel my order."
