"I bought a refurbish hard drive, instead got a brand new open box hard drive, very satisfied and will buy again. Not sure what the reviewer below is talking about, I found the company phone number listed on every page of their website. Very fast shipping, received item the next day."

"Idiots. E-mailed to check availability. Sales department - "Yes 4 in stock." Vendor added by our accounting department, purchase order generated. Order placed, order cancelled.

WHEN will on-line sellers have real time inventory for their stupid web sites? IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO DO! Why! Why! Why! Why! do they do this to me again and again!

It's NOT ROCKET science! In this case Ambry does not make it easy to call them because you can't find their phone number on the site.

"Bought a refurbished LCD that was grade B. I received it in a reasonably timely matter and it was in great condition but there was still a severe defect with the LCD. After making sure it wasn't a driver issue, I called for a return 2 weeks later. I talked with the returns dept who said they had no more in stock so they would offer a complete refund including shipping both ways. The RO# was issued and return mailing label emailed to me in less than 2 minutes after calling. This is the best company I have ever dealt with for returns. "

"Did not ship my 2nd day order the same day placed, far before their cutoff. Did not reply to my emails about the order. Could not log into their system to check my order, as I did not have administrative rights to view my order??

However, when I contacted them, they did upgrade the shipping to overnight and paid for the entire shipping -- despite my request to be billed for a portion of the freight. Very generous and I would order from them again, despite the email communications issues and inability to log in to their site.
