"This company is quick to take your money and will not respond to any questions or status of orders placed. I called, they said they had the part and would ship it out within 1 business day after payment is made. payment was made that day. Be warned. You will need to cancel this payment with your credit card company before the time limits expire. Many credit card companies will not allow you to dispute a charge after a certain amount of time.
Their voicemailbox is full and they don't return emails or phone calls. I believe they may even have a database of previous calls so they can avoid answering the phone and only take new customers. Give them a call and find out for yourself from a different number. 1-***-***-****
I would not suggest doing business with this company, even after they change their name....which they will probably have to do."
"After a couple of months, I received a call from Amazing Cellulars and we went over a few things, it was great to have them call. I placed the order almost two months ago when the prices were low and that resulted in thousands of orders during that time frame, which caused my order to be delayed. Because of the service I received from them I am now more likely to order from them again.

"I ordered a netbook on December 26 and short of receiving two emails to let me know they took the money from my account, I haven't heard from them since. "Product was delivered as promised. They still honored the great price, even during the great hard drive storage of 2011.
For the people who are complaining, they need to understand that there was a huge hard drive shortage. I'm going to give these guys a break on delivery time, due to extenuating circumstances.
If there are more complaints in the future, then you there is a genuine problem. Cut them slack."

I called to verify that products were in stock and was told that they were, which was an outright lie!
I ordered 2 hard drives on Nov. 17, 2011.
Called the last week of Nov. and they said it would ship next the week.
I called again Dec. 8th and he said it would ship the next week. ( Week of the 12th )
Called the week of Dec. 12th and was told they're still not in stock and they would refund or downgrade my purchase to 2 hard drives with less performance.
I accepted the downgrade and will use them in an other ( less important ) computer.
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. They lie.

I ordered hard drives from this company almost 1 month ago. I was told time after time that the hard drives were backordered and that they were supposed to be coming in. I was even provided with DHL tracking numbers for what were supposed to be the delivery of the hard drives they were receiving from Hong Kong that my order would be fulfilled from. The hard drives never showed up. I kept e-mailing AmazingCellulars regarding the order status and was told that the hard drives were still back ordered.
This process went on for four weeks. Then yesterday (12/8) I was offered the option to get a full refund which I agreed to. Today (12/9), the following day, the hard drives were back in stock but almost $200.00 more than the price he originally was selling them to me for.
Talk about bait and switch."
