"Ich teile die überwiegend schlechten Kritiken der übrigen Airaccent-Kunden.
Meine allererste Testbestellung lief problemlos und zügig ab, ohne einen einzigen Anlaß zu Kritik.
Meine zweite, dann auch etwas umfangreichere Bestellung und das was darauf folgte, grenzt an vorsätzlichen Betrug.
Nach einigen Ausreden (immerhin wurde auf Anfragen geantwortet) traf meine Bestellung ca. 10 Wochen nach Auftragseingang in Deutschland ein - allerdings beim Zoll und ich durfte nachversteuern. Dann zur Überaschung, fehlte ein Großteil der bestellten und bezahlten Artikel. Die Hoffnung, daß die fehlende Teile noch nachgeliefert werden, das Geld für fehlende Artikel zurückerstattet oder wenigstens eine Antwort auf die zahlreichen, noch freundlichen gestellten Nachfragen kommt, habe ich längst aufgegeben werden.
Mein Rat: auch wenn unschlagbar günstige und gute Artikel angeboten werden, lasst die Finger davon, Ihr werdet doch nur verarscht.

"23/02/2012 I placed the order #163139 for the total amount of $ 462. On the site indicated that all goods are in stock and will be shipped within 3 days.
Order was send 14/3/2012 during this time, I sent seven letters to the service support but no response is received. 06/04/2012 I received the parcel with my order but
goods was on summ $ 22, and goods on summ $ 440 was missing. After nine new letters to the Customer Support
They said that these products be removed from production, and that they return my money. But they do not
returned money and stopped completely answer on my letter.
This is the worst store that I encountered.
It's just scammers. If you want to lose your money and time, contact www.airaccent.com is
the best place for it!

"I would not be negative concerning AirAccent. Of course it looks like a kind of mess, but the prices are very low and we have to know what we want : extremely low prices or service. Some chineese products are a fourth of European prices for similar chineese products... The difference pay for service (stock, logistics etc) and give a (big) bonus to trading companies.
My practical experience with AirAccent is for a MP4 reader, low price, pretty good quality, 15 days delivery leadtime and chineese user instructions (no english!!). I had to discover some functions... but at this price level, no real problem.
My conclusion : AirAccent is not not so bad Internet Reseller, but be prepared to wait some time the delivery and make the good product choice (not so easy because details are not so clear).

A last point : their ordering process seems to be out of order : no way to reach any "cart functionality" which means no way to order since 5 days!!! And no way to reach their customer service...

"AIRACCENT: a bunch of robbers, that's what they are.

Recently I recieved my first and, for sure, my last order. One of the items was missing, and the other two were far from what I paid. Of course, I was so confident that didn't record (video) my unboxing and my only proof to support the missing item were my words. I wrote them a complaint and sent images (they asked me to) to prove, at least, that the other items didn't match my order (one of the items was even cheaper than the one I paid for, the latter, an item that magically dissapeared from their site and it's only listed on my purchase history). I have recieved no more replies. Sure they are laughing right now fully loaded thanks to me and other naïve customers. By the way, did you notice how vague is their information about the returns? It oonly says you have to return any given item before the three days of arrival to an address they never posted.

"I ordered 13 items from AirAccent some time in the beginning of February. About two weeks later I got one of the items, and then wrote an email asking why I only got one. I was promised that the rest will be shipped soon.
Its now late march, and I still haven't gotten the rest of my order. I wrote several emails, and contacted them via their contact info on the site, but never got any response.
I just cancelled the order, and I'm not even sure that they are willing to give me back my money.

Update: I have been contacting them several times within the past few weeks about giving back my money, but they still haven't payed me back.
I'm sorry that I fell for this scam and wasted money just to be robbed of them by a bunch of thieves.

"DO NOT SHOP HERE. I was sent the incorrect product, and what I received was broken. They asked for pictures, which I sent back within 5 minutes of receiving the email. I had been told the correct item would be shipped ASAP.
A few days later, I was told the issue would be handled after Chinese New Years was over.
I have never heard back from them since then. I have sent many messages to support since then, none have been responded to. The original item I ordered was removed from the site.

It has been MONTHS and they have made no attempt to correct their mistake. They will not replace the original product, refund me, or even send me a working version of the incorrect and cheaper product I received instead.

Avoid at all costs.

"Bought a mini Android tablet. Turns out it was no longer made or stocked. Took 3 days to find that out. They offered me a newer model for the same price. That was very generous and impressed me. It took a month to receive, not a big problem for me. I guess its as advertised. The biggest problem is a lot of it is in Chinese language and cannot be changed. Where is the android market on this thing? What about flash? I thought it supported flash? Also, the battery life is horrendous. It takes forever to recharge and lasts maybe 2hrs at the most. I think it is defective. I have not talked to Airaccents customer service as I do believe it would be a large headache as they are not native English speakers. Even then, I'm not sure much could be done to rectify my problems. Would I buy from them again? Probably not."
