"I ordered from these folks several years ago with no trouble; service was great. But not anymore! Placed order on June 12. Received email stating order rec'd, will get another email with tracking number when shipped. 1 week later, no 2nd email, no remotes. So far, I've sent 4 emails requesting info, no response. I've called twice, rec'd mailbox full messages. Fortunately my credit card has not been charged. I am taking my business elsewhere."

I received a confirmation email with an order number, but I have not received the product and I have not been able to get ANYBODY to answer the phone at the contact numbers listed on their contacts page. I also left a detailed message on their "shipping" department's voice mail, but NO ONE has called back. After reviewing other posts from people, it is obvious that this company is a SCAM!! The email I received, doesn't even offer a way to cancel the order. I will have to figure out a way to notify my credit card company and get the charge removed. "I ordered an item through their EZGarageDoor.com website. My Paypal account was immediately debited. I never received a confirming e-mail from them. After 2 weeks, no item. I e-mailed them via their "contact us" link and never got a response. I tried calling their 800 number 4 times and waited over 20 minutes each time. The first 3 times, I had to leave, so I left them a message for a call back, and they never called back. Finally the 4th time, I spoke with a live person. He said my item is back ordered and should be shipped 6 days from now. I'm not overly optimistic. This is by far the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. Definitely STAY AWAY!!!"
"I received garage the garage door extension springs that I ordered promptly, however I thought the $40 shipping charge was outrageous. I was on vacation when the springs were delivered to my house and when I got back, I tried to install them, however they were not the right kind. I ordered the wrong ones. I called them on the phone to find out how to return them and it was difficult to get through. I left a message and no one returned my call. I finally spoke to a representative and she informed me that the return policy is within 30 days of purchase only, no exceptions, even though these springs are brand new."

"Product advertised as in stock and they billed said it shipped two days after order, however, no tracking number could be provided more than a week after order was placed. This company has several different internet entities so beware. If they did not have the product in stock , they should have not advertised it, as well as, not billed my credit card. Any company worth buying from would not have 10 different companies online. I do not know how they have positive ratings. They must pay people to lie for them. They have one person answering the phone everytime you call. As big of an outfit as they are portrayed with multiple websites, one would think they would have more than one customer service representative. It is probably some kid working out of his parents basement. Good thing American Express Blue stops them from being paid. Too bad companies like this make you second guess buying online. Buy at your own risk."
"they provides great product and ships fast. however, when they promote their website on certain items at lower prices via yahoo shopping, they wont honor the price. they insists that prices found at yahoo shopping are outdated. Talk about bait and switch market scam. It's even funnier that their sales guy claims that they are not affiliated with yahoo shopping, and i pointed out that yahoo shopping icon is posted on their main page and the guy just said thats not their site..... okay.... these people wants to play dumb with me. so be it."
