After sale support is non existent!except for we are responding to your question,please close when you are satisfied,then they close the question. My order has been processing for 8 days now,and I am expected to be patient. Dont be fooled by the responses here from support, they are apparently a company form response,identical,with order numbers changed. If the site doesnt say Not in stock its expected to be in stock, not wait till we have enough orders to order the item. Run dont walk to a reputable dealer
