"Hello, I recently just bought two tablets and when I received them one of them was in perfect condition but the charger was making a loud noise when I plugged it on to charge. The second tablet had a good charger but the screen makes this clicking noise when you push on the sides. Also, I was suppose to get a free gift which I have on my receipt because I spent more than the amount expected and I did not receive that with the tablets!!!! Nice article but sadly this company with its many product still suffers from in-adequate quality control and communication when the product is missing something or not as advertised begins a worst case sinerio. You get passed along to sales reps and support staff in the shuffle. I purchased a smartphone for the listed feature, Andoid OS even the pictures tell the story. What I got was a phone set up for Chinese market and flashed to look and feel like an Iphone 5. Nothing worked no apps would download and work, no support because they didn't understand the product and with a smartphone not being able to download and use apps, it’s no longer a smart phone. The purpose of having an Android market phone with the sleek design of the iphone is freedom from apple's proprietary hold on only from apple. Android has a bigger market share of phones thus more support from many sources. Back to AHappyDeal--no quality control essential what they sent to me was like a windows computer with an emulated Mac Os for which the processor and hardware were not designed for and began to deny anything was wrong with the phone. They suggested I have the phone flashed or rooted to work, at my cost of course. No rooting expert or anyone who provides the service would touch the phone! To complicate the matter is to return the item back to China. Cheapest shipping $20 no tracking, if lost you just threw away your money, $50 for delivery confirmation half to one third the price of the phone! Of course and this is the big one, their policy is to return the phone at the buyer’s expense even if they were wrong. They take your money up-front, deliver a bad product your on your own. What would have been let’s say $100 phone turns into $150-200. What would have been a good experience goes bad quickly because they are NEVER WRONG, their products are always good on paper. I returned the phone to a US address to save on shipping, they never replaced the phone! This is very typical of how these businesses treat customers to get rid of products that are far from what they seem. My friend purchased a similar phone again flashed for the Chinese market and when I explained to him, he got back to the seller and they will issue him a refund, again, their mistake he has to pay to return the phone. My money is now stuck in limb through PayPal resolution center. Still will only get original funds back and not the return shipping cost from PayPal. This is a case of buyer beware, your are not protected at all, you end up paying for Chinese companies that do business this way. I know from experience because I have dealt with five companies from China that all the experiences are the same. I almost would have to purchase 10 of the same item to get 2 that actually works as described and try to sell the rest to get my money back. These guys are NOT reputable in the sense that they are just an outlet for small Chinese manufacturers and know nothing about their product or take responsibility for keeping up the integrity of their name or business because they just open up another store front if it fails but the policies are the same ad well as the business practices. BEWARE consumer 2 out of ten of you will have a good experience; the rest will end up spending more to fix the problem. YOU GET What YOU PAY FOR and some will be luckier than others. Read the previous post and you can see their policies look good on paper but nothing to protect you from cheap lousy merchandise. Think twice before you buy anything from Chinese retailers. AHappyDeal.com should be TheWorstDealFromChina.com. Fraud is a misrepresentation of anything you say it is. We need to stop sending money to China so they would do a better job. The "C" in China stands Cheap! In price and quality!

"Not great. I paid an extra $20 for expedited 3 to 5 day shipping and got my tablet pc 21 days later, and it definitely was not DHL's fault. The tablet is 90% in Chinese but I am an English speaking person in the USA. Nothing in the ad said it was a Chinese tablet for Chinese speaking persons. Even the manual and other literature is all in Chinese. I requested that I return it but all I get is apologies, plus shipping back is on the buyer and shipping to China is almost the cost of the item. Low price yes, but nothing else is good."
