"My wedding dress was ordered and paid for in March 2011. As promised on the Zoom Bridal website it takes 20-25 days. My dress was needed on April 17th 2011. Well it is now April 19th and still no wedding dress.

I have contacted zoombridal, and was promised I would recieve it by April 17th. Now no one there has bother to contact me, about a refund. Not even an apology. How is that for customer service?

I will never recommend them to anyone!

"The dress was just like the picture, but had to take it to a taylors for $100 worth of adjustments. The number on Zoom's website could not be reached and emails were not returned. OK place for a prom dress, but I would not order a wedding dress or bridesmaids dress from here. Be sure to order at LEAST 2 months a head of time. My teenager was in a panic about her prom dress not arriving in time, but it did. They did not email us to let us know the dress had been shipped and it arrived folded up in a plastic bag inside a plastic shipping bag. When I paid over $35 for shipping, I expected more than having it folded up in a plastic bag."

"I ordered an ivory, a-line, tea-length dress with organza rosettes and a corset closure on March 1. Around 25 days later, I began to wonder where the dress was. I tried to call the numbers listed for the company, but all I could get were disconnected cell phones. So I waited a few days and emailed. I emailed 2-3 times with no response, even emailing back the person whom I corresponded with previous. Still I received absolutely no response. I waited another week. Still no response to multiple futile phone calls and emails. I had to rush order another dress and drop it off for rushed alterations - all this costing me hundreds of dollars.Today, I returned home to a sopping wet package that had been left in the rain. Not the dressmakers problem, I realize. Nonetheless, I was excited to finally get my dream dress. What did I find? A damp, stark white dress longer than I am tall. It has a train, beading on the side, and a large red bow sewn on at the midline. It is a zipper closure with buttons - broken buttons - all the way up. Some of them were rolling around in the bag. And it has sleeves. All in all, each aspect of the dress somewhat completely opposite to what I had ordered. Were I the type to say that a dress could ruin my wedding, this dress would easily have done so. This has been THE most horrible eCommerce experience of my life."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! All good reports on this site are written by the company them selves. You can tell by the wording being poor english. The real customers like myself are the ones that have bad things to say. I just wasted over $600 on this company. Bridesmaids dresses ZBBM01320 made very poorly Seams bad, gathering uneven. Bunched up in places around hem. Dresses too short!!! The colour was aweful! The fabric pulled in places, and the brooch that was supposed to come with it in picture was pearls and we got cheap nasty coloured crystals. My dress huge in bust and way way too long. Nothing like the picture. And we have to go out now and buy all new dresses. The company wont reply to any of my emails!! My daughters wedding is 4 weeks away we are devestated"

"i am so disappointed. I ordered a dress with giving measurements and the dress came in way way too small. I have emailed Zoom bridal 4 times regarding this problem AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED. "I ordered ITEM# ZBM01047 from www.zoombridal.com. An ivory mermaid style wedding dress. The dress in the photograph has elaborate silvery beading on the front as well as buttons down the back. My dress came with no buttons on the back, with a few cheap looking brassy gold sequins on the front, and it was poorly constructed. There was a spot of gray thread mixed in with the ivory lace and a spot of brown thread mixed in with the ivory lace. Also, some of the lace was bunched up on the side and does not lay flat. I sent in my measurements and the dress was far too large on top- front and back- and the fabric was just plain cheap and sad looking. Nothing like the photograph on the website at all."
