The Worse Company Ever!

"I ordered a Eileen Grey table. Never got a tracking number even though I requested one. They sent the table in the wrong finish. I reported the mistake to their Claims department the same day. After five days, I received a pickup FedEx tracking number which turned out to be non-existent. Zoetico claimed it was their mistake because I was supposed to bring this large box to FedEx myself - impossible, of course. After numerous emails and phones requesting to speak to a supervisor, a new table was sent in the correct finish. However, they substituted manufacturers and sent a much cheaper version which of course, they deny. In order to send back the cheaper version, I would have to pay for shipping in both directions which would amount to 3/4 the price of the table. Clearly a scam. After two weeks, I am still waiting for them to pick up the first table. They sent another phony FedEx tracking number. I know because I have been in touch with FedEx myself. Apparently, they are stalling so the return will not fall within their 14 day in transit return policy. Currently, I have filed a dispute with my Credit Card company which is another major hassle. Save yourself a lot headaches . . . Do not buy from this company. "

Horrible customer service, returns non-existant

"I ordered a Saarinen table that was cracked and returned it. Be warned that the table stand is VERY wide and makes eating on a small table difficult because the chair can't be pulled up to the table.

So on the return / exchange I requested a larger table but of course I get the exact same size table. I promptly ask to exchange it for a larger size - I should have just returned it and been done with this company in hindsight because what happened next was horrible. I was told I would be accommodated BUT TO WAIT until after the new year as they were out of stock (this whole ordeal started on 8/26/2015). I contacted Zoetico again in early March 2016 only to be told to WAIT MORE as they are looking into it. After dozens of follow-ups I was finally told the exchange would happen! Then just this week I was told that I could no longer be accommodated for a litany of various reasons. I am now fuming. I've had no kitchen table for almost half a year as it sits unused in a box. I ask to return it but of course they refuse because its been more than 48 hours DESPITE my request to exchange it well before then. I wouldn't buy from this vendor if your life depended on it. HORRIBLE.

"Horrible. Had a saarnine table for about 3 weeks and it's already wobbly, with cracks and chips. I called claims and they said since I did not notify them about it within 48hrs of after delivery, they cannot refund. If I purchased from other local furniture store, they would at least give me a month for a refund. Horrible! "
