"I purchased a diamond pendant necklace from the website but had some hesitations about buying online without seeing the product. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get some additional pictures and they were somewhat helpful - they sent me pictures of "similar" necklaces but couldn't find a real photo of the necklace I wanted to purchase (which I found odd). About a week after I bought the necklace, the clasp broke and the pendant fell off. I reached out to customer service and it was a relatively easy process for them to send me a new one. Shortly after getting the new piece, the same thing happened again.
