The delivery to my home (final mile and White Glove) was also super great; no issues whatsoever with their service, as they took the large boxes with them upon leaving! When I initiated a chargeback because they refuse to refund my payment, zinhome.com responded with a fraudulent tracking number that had nothing to do, whatsoever, with delivery to my home.

"I don't ever really write reviews but I think people deserve to know about this company. I purchased 1 piece of furniture in October (it's now January the following year) and it was just delivered. I've had ongoing issues with lack of timely communication (it was easy to place the order but after that, you get an automated message telling you to email instead of call.)
The piece finally arrived but it was damaged (one of the blemishes is a nice 31 inch deep scratch on the top.) I'm now having to schedule my own repairs which they claim they'll reimburse so basically I'll have to wait another month for the 3rd party company to arrive. The "white glove service" was a single man who showed up and said it was his first time.
I had to help him move the piece myself and I'm pretty sure the new deep scratch on our newly finished flooring is thanks to him when I was in another room. He also failed to install the anti-tip safety feature as well.
I emailed all the information the day of and had to wait 2 days for a response from their claims team, who didn't even address the lack of installation. I'm currently on hold (lucked out this time and an actual person answered) but surprise! No luck getting through this route either. The employee who answered hasn't said a word. We've been on the phone almost an hour an I can hear them breathing, rustling things around, etc but no words. Clearly tying up their own line so they don't receive another call. I'm curious to see if they'll terminate the call when their shift is over? Don't bother with this company. You can find the exact same items from other vendors and get a completely different experience instead of this ongoing headache. Defintely regret giving them my business"

And although they have a supposed one year warranty, and the salesperson told me in writing that I was approved for a full refund, the owner, Adam, would only give me a partial refund. "I am a usual shopper from Restoration Hardware and Anthropoligie for quirky and unique furniture. Certainly, this quality has a steep price. However, I purchased Zin Home's industrial entertainment center and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It looked way better in person compared to the pictures. The customer service was awesome, someone was always there to pick up the phone. The shippers were top notch too. They put the furniture right where I wanted it without banging any walls. ( they were quick too which was unsettling at first because I would have been quite sad if they dinged something, but they moved with such ferocious accuracy that it was apparent this was not their first day on the job) Overall, I was very happy with my purchase because I believe I got a great deal. A similar piece from RH would have been almost twice as much shipped. Was it twice as nice? Not in my opinion."

When we wanted to buy a rug - they practically brought their entire selection so we could see what the rug would look like in our apartment. I can not say enough wonderful things about them.
