"I purchased a firewire drive from them. Now, this is a rather lite drive and the box was puny. Shipping was $18.00!!!!! UPS quote on the same weight was 6.90 something. That's quite a handling charge!

But, my father didn't care, so I ordered it anyway.

The drive came in and it did include a firewire cable like they said it would. BUT the firewire cable was the wrong kind. Instead, they put in a cable that would connect your machine to a firewire camera NOT drive. (it had a big to small connector, rather than a big to big hehe non-technical terms, but you get the point). Well, what the hell are you supposed to do with this? So we had to go buy a cable.

The drive is flakey at best. There's something wrong with it, because if you turn it off - you may never get it started again.

Their customer support damn awful, so we're stuck with a $240 doorstop.

"Worst experience I've ever had with an online dealer.
They sent me defective merchandise then insisted the problem was on my end.
After a month they allowed me to return it for an exchange. Once they received it they insisted it was OK & returned it to me. It wasn't. In frustration purchased a Maxtor from a local store to prove that my computer was OK. The Maxtor worked perfectly.
Zeehoo then agreed to allow me to return their defective product for a 10% restocking fee. How nice of them!

"When I wrote Zeehoo.com an E-Mail asking if they had shipped my order they sent this disgrace of a reply. "yes will arrive in about 6 business days" That is not the kind of response that I want to see when I just paid them 150.00. I've had better E-Mails from people on EBay. I won't be buying from them again. To bad I didn't know about this site before I bought from them."
