"I was placing an order online, then canceled the order and placed a new one with them as I felt I was spending more than I could afford. As the software got stuck, I found a number and called Zebra Organics and made it clear what I wanted and asked them to cancel the first order. We were very clear. Then I got a big box that contained both orders which made it very expensive. I called them again. There were plenty of apologies and an offer to send me a prepaid postage online. Sent something which definitely wasn't going to help with postage. Only 2 people work at that company I was told. No reasons for misunderstanding a very clear request to cancel the first online order. "
