"Terrible customer service. Purchased a wheel bearing hub assembly for a 2004 Chevr S10. Part number is correct (513124). Part was broken prior to sale. Pieces of plastic were broken off and missing from cable/connector upon arrival. No pieces were found inside packaging therefore damage must have occurred prior to sale/shipment. Packaging was completed in a poor and cheap manner; a couple pieces of cardboard wrapped around the part and placed inside a plastic USPS bag type envelope. Not appropriate for a 10 lb automotive part. Manufacturer ships inside a corrugated cardboard box, not a plastic bag. Obviously the manufacturer knows better. Seller refused to pay for return shipping. After several polite emails refused to answer my questions and refused altogether to reimburse original purchase charges. Now I am stuck with a broken part that I cannot use and I am out $70 plus dollars. Why would it be acceptable for me to get the $70+ refunded and still pay $20 to ship the defective part back. I end up with no part and I am out $20 because of incompetence at ZAsales.biz(?) I will be filing a complaint with the Missouri State Attorney Generals Office, Division for Consumer Protection. Hard to understand why the seller would put up such a fuss over return shipping charges and not even feel bad about selling defective merchandise. I have purchased several wheel bearing hub assemblies over the years from multiple internet retailers and this has NEVER happened to me before. First Time and Last time Customer with ZAsales.biz. 16 years in business and they still don't understand what "Customer Service" is. Not a mature business yet. Also never threatened them. Only after 4 or 5 email exchanges exhausting the dialogue, simply stated that their lack of proper correction would force me to file a complaint. Their choice, not a threat, just an explanation of the consequences of their decision."
