"Update: After about a week and a half after filing a claim with Paypal, I did receive a full refund. I'm thankful that Ztech didn't drag it out for a few months. Still, I would not buy from them again.

Avoid this "dealer" like you'd avoid the plague. In my opinion, this is a total scam. Typical of a scam outfit...funds transferred through Paypal, followed by non-delivery of a supposed "stock item". Numerous emails have gone unanswered, as well as multiple telephone calls/messages. Had to file a dispute with Paypal which will be elevated to a claim very shortly. I also plan to notify the Texas and California Attorneys General offices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

"I ordered Adobe cs4 master collection and paid $1,432.98. The software was used and the license was already in use. Adobe wants me to pay over $2,200 for a license. Customer service is non existant at Ztech. The company consists of one 23 year old guy who lives with his parents. Don't buy from Dave Polanco unless you want to get ripped off."
