"Incredibly frustrating. It's upsetting that the first time I order from this company I get such poor customer service and satisfaction. I was looking forward to giving this as a birthday gift and now my order has been cancelled out of hand and with a poor substitute for a coupon. Ridiculous!"

I feel as though this is a real crime to offer something only to remove it after the fact.

Never will be tempted to order from them again!

definitely the bait and switch operation and definitely a waste of time. the order was confirmed and i was excited and looking forward to receiving my tote and body wash, only to find out after my day of excitement that my order was cancelled due to "technical errors". a $10 off of $30 coupon does NOT make up for the time and energy I invested in this.

"Like so many others my order was cancelled very soon after my order was placed. This "deal" has been active even after the cancellation notice that I received. This can only mean they're doing this on purpose to solicit personal information. If it was a mistake it should've been taken care of immediately. Horrible company, never again."

"I had seen an offer at another website for this company and did it. The next day I get an e mail saying sorry but they have to cancel my order. "This is classic bait-and-switch operation. They may even be trying to lure customers in with false prices just to harvest personal information and credit card numbers.

I made a purchase of several sale items -- purchase was inexplicably cancelled two days later, and I was offered an alternate special at a much higher price for completely different products.

The sale items remain in stock at their supposed sale prices -- please don't waste your time trying to order them.
