"I placed my order with this company on 3/8/03. They sent me an e-mail confirmation the same day. When I went to their website to check the order status a couple days later I noticed that they had added over $11 in shipping charges...which was not on my orginal order nor on my e-mail confirmation. When I went to my visa website I saw that I had indeed been charged this substantially higher amount that I never agreed to.
When I contacted the merchant they agreed to somewhat reduce the amount of shipping. I agreed to the reduced amount even though I felt the entire extra charge should have been eliminated since it was their mistake to begin with.
In the following weeks I sent several e-mails requesting a ship date or tracking number, but they would never send me one. I finally threatened to cancel the order and I got a tracking number. It was shipped on 4/1/03...three weeks after I placed the order and been charged on my visa.
I will not order from this company again."
