"I was originally attracted to Yowza because the originator had come from Sole & because they appear to be doing innovative work in the area of ellipticals. . . .The order process went smoothly. The delivery process seemed slow, but it was the holidays, & it did come in the time promised. . . .The assembly was more challenging than I think it needs to be. The "bones" fit together beautifully and smoothly, but we found the casing, with it's many different screws, & the instructions, maddening. The instructions have these beautifully done "explosive" parts diagrams, but the process of assembly & the words don't work perfectly. . . .Since we got it together, it's been Great! Smooth feel, not as stable on carpet as the machines at my gym, but we put firm bases under it and find it very good. Have only been using a month so far, but very pleased I got it. "

"I have had an absolutly horrible experience with this company and do not recommend using any products they sell. The service I received was miserable. I originally ordered one treadmill which I was guaranteed to be received by Christmas but then that unit wasn't in stock after I placed the order and had to order another model. That model was received and the packaging was completed destoyed and the unit had dings all over it and the stand that attaches to the frame was bent. I refused the unit due to damage and wanted my card refunded back. After calling them 4 different times and not one time did anyone explain that I can't get my money back unit the unit is returned to warehouse which right now is still sitting in the UPS warehouse of the city I live in for over a week now. Needless to say it is 4 days after Christmas and I have no treadmill but yet paying interest on my credit card for $1649 for something I don't have and was completely mislead by this company's service department.
Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from a company that treats their customers like this. They are quick to charge your card but it is like pulling teeth to get your money back.

"I started shopping for a new elliptical earlier in the year and had visited Yowza Fitness’ website on several occasions. Although I was initially leery of ordering online, their website was very informative, prices competitive and the payment process was extremely easy.

I received my Captiva Elliptical from Yowza Fitness earlier than the expected delivery date. The two men who came to assemble it were courteous, professional and done within an hour. Not only did they take the time to show me a lot of the basics of my new machine, they also moved my old elliptical to another room.

I have been using a leading competitor's elliptical for over six years and paid twice as much as my new Captiva cost. The workout on my new machine far exceeds what I had been doing for years and am already seeing a difference. I have had no issues with my Captiva, however, I feel confident it would be handled expeditiously and with the utmost professionalism.

"I had a miserable experience with this company. Ordered a Keewadin on January 3rd and here we are on February 3rd and today is the SECOND time a repair company has been out to fix the machine. It has not yet worked once and even now they sent out the upper faceplate/console without ...any labels/stickers on it (so you can't see where to press to make the thing run).

All of this after having to find and talk to the CEO of the company just to get the thing shipped in two weeks after reading on the site it would be 3 days.

When I got frustrated and asked them to take the lemon back after three weeks and a lot of heartache, they told me "only in the original packaging". Yeah right, anyone who has put one of these together knows that is impossible.

My $0.02 is to order elsewhere.
