"It is so sad when I have gotten three paintings from this company over the years and they have come out great and this year I sent multiple emails and never got a response. So sad."

Dishonest and Unprofessional

""Jim" initially was very responsive to calls and texts, in fact called several times too many until he made sure he got the business. Once the painting deposit was paid for, it was very difficult to get a hold of him and took his time responding to the edits for the painting saying he was busy after leaving several messages and texts throughout the week.

He charged my credit card twice and when I called to reverse the charge, again he didn't never responded despite calls, texts and letters. It was quite a headache dealing with him at the end of the day. The painting was just average but what can you expect for $250.

Fraud

"This is the only way to describe it. Multiple emails back and forth and once he has your money nothing.
His voice mail box is full. It is unbelievable that he can still maintain a business - please do not order from him.

Loved the Experience and Love the Painting

"I had a very, very positive experience with this company, and was treated like royalty, and I'm just another ordinary woman who wanted a painting done.

I worked with Jim, who was very helpful every step of the way. Although I submitted my chosen photo a little late, Jim made sure I still got my painting my Christmas. He even went the extra mile and sent me a text to tell me to look at the preliminary one in my email to see if I wanted to make any changes. I didn't. It was perfect. Jim let me know the tracking number when my painting was shipped.

The painting arrived before Christmas and was wrapped professionally so it could not be damaged. When I looked at it, I was almost shocked, it was so beautiful. The artist had captured all the warmth and kindness of the subject and recipient. I actually got tears in my eyes. When the recipient opened his present on Christmas Day, he, too, got misty-eyed. The painting is that beautiful.

I've already communicated with Jim about future orders. I would not hesitate to work with this company again. I have been extremely satisfied.

Very Bad Experience

"Really bad experience with this company. Failed to come close to the likeness (it was an old photo) and failed to return my deposit. Problems getting him to answer email, and when he did answer, he lied about returning my money to PayPal, saying he would have it in my account in a week. Never happened. Thank goodness it was only $30.00. That's what I couldn't understand. Why not return the money (because it wasn't a lot) and avoid getting a negative review? It just didn't make sense. I will be reporting them to PayPal as well. "

"I paid half for my painting almost 2 years ago. The samples he emailed me were terrible. Although they promise a money back guarantee they do not honor it. I ordered a painting of me and my deceased spouse and it broke my heart that they did a terrible painting and stole my money. "

"I ordered a watercolor of my grandson 10/24/14. I was charged immediately $159.94. After 3 months of promises and missed deadlines, all I received were pictures of the painting which were so amateurish as to defy explanation by a professional service. They made 2 modest attempts to improve it but it was still an unrecognizable image. Since Jan. 15, 2015, they do not answer the phone, respond to email or voicemail requests and will not refund the charge. My patience has caused allowed the situation to go beyond the 90-day AMEX limit for refund. I got nothing for my money. I highly recommend prospects look elsewhere. "
