One month later I get an email that says the items being shipped I don't want the item again no one answers no one responds to emails had to go through bank dispute the charge to get my money back"

"On December 11, I ordered an item. I received confirmation of the order by email, but my credit card was not charged. December 18 I had not received an email notice inviting me to place an order, and it would be sent 2nd day shipping at no extra charge. Thinking that I wanted this item for a Christmas gift and that since they had not charged my credit card, I placed the order a second time. As I thought about the second order I decided to call customer service to confirm that the first item was not being processed and was told it was in a warehouse. I asked to cancel that order. I was told it would happen and I would be credited for shipping charges. Two days later, I received notice that they were shipping TWO hoodies. In checking my credit card records, I see that I have now been charged for two items and did not receive any shipping credit as promised. In my second call to customer service I was told there would be no problem with a return. When I asked how I could be sure of the follow through, she became rude and said I would just have to believe her. They clearly have procedure problems in their warehouse as the item had been sitting for a week. Apparently, the fact that someone orders an item in early December doesn't mean it will be shipped in time for Christmas and one can't believe promises made by Customer Service."
