Clothes Do Not Arrive As Expected

"I've ordered from Yoins a few times. Each time, it's always a toss-up. Hit or miss. I always receive an item in the bunch that just wasn't constructed correctly. I closely read the measurements, but they still do not arrive in adult sizes. This last time, I ordered an XL dress. When it arrived, it was a very wide shirt. Another time, I ordered a spaghetti-strap low-back summer dress, but the straps were only a couple inches long, so needless to say, it went over my head and became a scarf. No clue how these are made, but it's kind of ridiculous. I've received some other okay items that are average. Returns and customer service are okay though. "

"Really nice experience shopping in Yoins.
The customer service was amazing, they were giving me information about the tracking all the time and with detail.
Nice dress, got it on time and fit me so good.
I was a bit scared because I need the dress for an important event and it arrived before I was expecting. My experience was with Express Shipping.

Mostly as promised

"Shipment is as promised and most of the clothing I've bought is nice but some items just don't fit. Sleeves are sometimes to short and when a skirt has 2 layers the under-layer is to small while the upper-layer fits. Also some of the items have fabric-faults. I know the pricing is low so maybe I shouldn't complain but I do expect to receive items with sleeves that match the size."

"So easy to order and receive merchandise, with excellent monitoring. Love the merchandise. The only issue is that one of the tops arrived with the trimming around the entire neckline unsewn. Will take to tailor to fix. Waiting fo the last item in shipment. On the whole, an excellent experience and love the styles.
