"I purchased a beauty trolley cart for my waxing room. When it arrived it came with only picture directions and none of the parts were labeled. Once it was put together it was very unstable and looked like it was made cheaply. I called the company to return it and I never received a phone call back. I emailed them and didn't get a response but have to say they have the worst return policy ever. You are expected to FedEx the item back to them and cover all of the charges. Once item is received by them they inspect it and will make a decision whether or not they refund you. Let's just say I will never buy another thing from this company again. Scrapping the cheap metal would've been more worth it. "

I haven't got a refund, i haven't got anything but stress from them. Don't send them emails they won't respond. The better business even tried and they got no where either. Well the 1st rain we had - it filled with water and bent the heck out of our Gazebo frame - it's ruined now - they did offer us 50.00 compensation for a Gazebo that cost 250.00 - I took the settlement because I had no other choice - I would never buy another item from them, because of the way I was treated!!!"
