"It's a good website to get everything that's Korean and Japanese products but don't expect to see half of their stuff in stock. I have purchase from this website for year and over those years I has become a mess. If it says it will ship with in 24 hour or 1-2 days expect a week and if it says anything between a week to 20 some days, it's possibility that said product isn't in stock meaning not in their warehouse and have to reach out to he distributor to see when they might have it available. This website needs to stop advertising something they don't have in stock or lie it will be sent out at some point and hold off your entire order for a whole month or more.
As for costumer service, you'll most likely get a generic reply that they have on list rather an actual person replying to you. So don't expect much."
