"YMI is the best vendor I have ever dealt with. My order was delivered by UPS as promised. However, it was missing from my front door. I called UPS and was asked to contact the shipper, YMI. I emailed YMI and told them what was going on. I was very happy with their reply without question -"we will send you a replacement while dealing with UPS". Although the missing package showed up on my front door the next day (I don't know what happened), I am really happy with YMI. They never argued but to offer a replacement right away. I emailed them right away as soon as the missing package was on my front door.
