This company sent me the computer I orderd a week after I ordered it. FINE BUT, it was DOA! Took them 3 days just to issue me an RMA number. I spent $32 to ship it back to them. Then I get an email from them telling me that they recieved the computer broken!
I shipped it in the same packaging as it came in via UPS. Then they wanted to charge me an extra $35 to fix the case! I still have no idea what happened to my $358 computer!!

"Purchased Computer from them and it stopped working after 9 months. Sent back 2 times (At my Expense). They never repaired and kept returning it broken. I reported them to California Attorney General and CA. BBB "
"Very Bad.
First, they delay shipping for 4 days. When the salesman called me to confirm the order, he promised me it would ship out next day. Two days later when I called to ask for tracking number, the same guy answered and shouting at me: "Who told you we could ship out in next business day!"
Second, they used old parts for new computer. When I received the computer, the CD-ROM did not work. After I removed it, I figured out it was an old one with return slip on it. I have to argue with them to get it changed and orignally they did not believe it until I told them I have two computers and I move the cd-rom from other computer to this one and it WORKs! They have to exchange it for me but I have to pay the shipping cost!
Think about it, if you want to buy from them!!!"
"Must admit I was skeptical of this company when I read the comments here after I had already ordered one of their custom-built desktops. However, the machine arrived in perfect shape, designed to my specifications, and was a heckuva bargain (P4 with DVD/CDRW around $450). (I ordered online using very simple form.) Whatever their problems were in the past, they seem to have them worked out now. Only complaints I have are that they didn't respond to an email requesting a tracking number, customer service people are difficult to understand on the phone (but were fairly helpful, nonetheless), and the computer didn't ship as fast as I would have liked (requested and paid for 5-day ground, but it took more like two weeks). If you're looking for a cheap computer and you know what specs you're looking for, this is a good place to buy from."
"I have bought dozens of pc's from Yeeha-Mall. All phone orders to Billy to get PriceWatch pricing. Their website doesn't give the correct PriceWatch prices, but I've had no problems with any pcs and Billy is sometimes short, but I have always received good working products in a timely manner."
