Terrible Sizing

"Ordered 2 babydolls, one Plus Size (Queen on website sizing) and one 3x/4x (based off sizing charts)
The first one is horribly small, definitely NOT plus size. The 2nd was too big, particularly in the chest. Truly horrible. Going to return. I can return and get my full money back-as store credit. But if I want to just have my card refunded, it's $10 less than what I paid for the items.

Rude customer service.

"The talk to you like your dumb, and try to argue with you when your not even doing anything. So defensive over everything and Shannon is a D$$& C$&@$! I called her ma’am and she got mad and said “my name is Shannon” but her employee Robert will sit and call me “Honey” the whole time. This place needs to be shut down, they are sad people and don’t even refund you. I’m waiting going on three weeks for my refund, and they want to talk to me like I’m dumb, while they are holding my money hostage... Seriosuly F*** them. "

Sizes dont fit and when you return for shipping it cost almost as much as the item!

"Website for returning does not work, emailed several times without any help, sizes are not accurate and shipping back returns cost almost as much as merchandise."

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

"They will not give me my money back for an item that did not fit me. Sizes run huge and I just want my money back. Customer service was horrible. The guy was very rude and was talking to me like I was stupid. I do not see how they are still in business. Take your money to Fashion Nova."

By far the worst customer service

"By far...the worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Just got off the phone with the "Manager" named Kiki.. if that's the manager of yandy?! Then I will never order from this site again not tell my friends to as well.. Managers don't talk condescending to a paying customer. I loved yandy for costumes for years. But I can go by the same costume of Amazon or 3wishes for that. I asked a question and she kept making it seemed like I was dumb or asking it. Also kept stating something else that I NEVER EVEN ASKED! When I tried to correct her she cut me off over and over very disrespectful. I know my review won't really matter because they are probably a busy company but, I personally will never order from a site that does not want to answer your question!! "

Cheap quality. No refunds!

"I purchased 7 pairs of ****. All were described as "one size fits most". That should have been my first clue, along with the unusually low prices. My wife is 5'4", 125 pounds. Hardly a unique size. Nothing fit well, and a few didn't fit at all. Some were small, others were small in some places and baggy in others. But all shared one thing: they were cheap quality, flimsy material, and poorly made. Garbage from China. After trying on 4 pairs my wife decided she had seen enough and didn't bother opening the remaining 3. The 4 opened items were tossed in the garbage. I requested a return authorization on the other 3. Fair enough, I thought. But Yandy refused to accept a return and issue a refund. In so many words, stick it. So I'm out $66. The old saying applies here: you get what you pay for.

Gift Card Hell!!!

"I recently purchased a Gift Card for a girlfriend now ex-girlfriend. We had been dating steady for about a year and i thought she would like to order something from Yandy.com. So I spent about $110 and purchased a gift card for her but as relationships are we broke up now i'm stuck with this gift card i cant use. I went on to the website an was able to start the return process, bear in mind this was right after the holiday and i was expecting it to take a few weeks. I received an email back stating the return had been "authorized". I contacted Yandy.com customer service because the email i had received included a return label. I when I received communication from the customer service agent the first time I called in lets call her "Frankie" she told me Yandy.com has a policy that prevents them from giving refunds for Gift Cards. I told her i had already received an email stating the return was authorized and it showed the amount for the card $110. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was then forwarded to "Kiki" she in not so many words informed me of the same policy. I pointed out to her that at the time I purchased the card the website didn't state Gift Cards were non-refundable. She later had them change the website to reflect this. I am seeking to get my money refunded from Yandy.com. And i urge anyone who is on the fence about shopping this website for "any" "merchandise" to look elsewhere. Please you don't want to be another sad soul on here writing another bad review for this site. "

Terrible Lingerie

"I am very disappointed in the lingerie I just ordered . Not only are the sizes completely off but there are several parts missing. There is underwire missing on only the left side of the bra. One of the garters is missing so there are only 3 instead of 4. The clothing smells horrible. Cheap quality and not flattering. "

Great website and excellent choice!

"I bought a few items at yandy for my girlfriend. Everything is great! Also they have the best site I have ever seen, they share unique videos how they shoot pictures of their items. Their newsletters are pieces of art. You would not be bored by receiving them every day :) They also offer good discounts on items you just have to wait or find a coupon on the market. Usually you can get about 20% off from the order for regular items."

Horrible costumer service !

"I got 2 costumes following the size chart and neither of them fit . And then they won't refund you they only give you a store credit And YOU have to pay a $5 dollar fee. I called costumer service to get a refund and I got connected to some dumb **** that said she was the manager . **** your trashy af and I can't believe anyone would give you that position . Worst costumer service ever . I have her my messuments and She told me I would like I'm an XL dumb **** I'm an XS my waist is 28. But anyways yeah **** that website and there white trash costimer service"
