Horrible Customer Service on My FIRST ORDER!!!

"Made my first order from Yoox.com a few days ago for over $400 worth of items. Had an issue with one of their discount offers and called, but their customer service was HORRIBLE. I tried to escalate to a higher level manager and they kept giving me canned one-liners about corporate policy. No accountability or any attempt to keep me as a repeat customer. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. "

"Shoes were listed US 8 EU 41 which isnt accurate. But I went with them assuming the US8 was right. Way too large. Called customer service since online policy wasnt clear to me. The policy says if the shoes are purchased from another country they cant be returned. Exact packaging is expected back or no refund. Only UPS drop off is allowable. Only 20 days is granted. Except during black friday weeks. When I reached customer service to verify this the voices of the women in the background were so loud I could barely hear my own questions. She said then call back another time. I asked if she could move to a quieter spot, she said she couldnt. So I decided to try and email my questions. When I got to the email form and tried to type, their form was not type ready. I shop online for years and not once ever complained about poor policy or service. Ive been lucky I guess. Because this is the first and last order I will ever make with YOOX. Im reasonable. But this was an awful experience."

Appalling Service - their error

"Ordered some boots from Yoox, been a customer for 17 years, for a trip away. Boots arrived and are completely different from the product I ordered. Having ordered these boots when a promotion was on it was now going to cost me more to have the equivalent boot as they refused to price match the original product as it was 'not procedure!' Refused repeatedly to put me through to a manager to make a compliant about this policy for their error and expect me to be financially out of pocket for their mistake. So sorry Yoox you have lost a long and loyal customer, luckily I have discovered HEWI London so will be using them from now onward. Will be returning the boots for a full refund when all I wanted was them to exchange the boots for the product I had originally ordered or failing this the exact same boot i a dull leather as opposed to the shiny (this was going to cost me an additional £71!!!) which was a compromise on my behalf as I preferred the slightly shinier leather. Have had issues with the delivery and collection service previously as well, they use UPS which have at times provided a shocking service."

Crooks!

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company! The items look great online, but you will never get them, and then they will try to keep your money! The absolute WORST experience I have had with an online retailer. I never got my items, and they kept blaming the shipping company and making me call them for over a month. I still have received NOTHING and have not gotten my money back. Horrible cheats! DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR MONEY!"

"I have never experienced customer service this bad!
They shipped wrong item, it's a different person every time that replies the e-mails and it takes ages until they reply!!!
They make you return the item even though it was their mistake!
Don't bother!!!

Erroneous shoe size chart/return-exchange system problem

"The Europe to US size chart is incorrect. I want to return the shoes and order the correct size. they are not able to process the paperwork to send the shoes back from my mobile phone, so I must do it from a computer or call them. Rather than wait for the shoe return to arrive at their facility and for them to process them, and then to ship out the correct size, I offered to pay for the new shoes in the correct size and then for them to process a refund when "

cheated - NEVER AGAIN YOOX

"I bought 2 pairs of jeans from this company in a size that I usually wear. When they arrived both were way too small.
When trying to return them I found out that one of the jeans was a final sale and that they will not honor my return!!
Nowhere on their website and in my confirmation email was it mentioned that I could not receive a refund for returned merchandise.
I feel cheated!!!
Never again will I buy from this company!

Don't make the same mistake I did and shop from yhis company!!!

"I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Yoox.com while visiting family at overseas  during my husband's deployment, trusting my order would be filled correctly and never worried about return policy. I just came back to the US and saw that one of the shoes are the incorrect size shoe according to US sizing.  immediately contacted to customer service. They don't accept returns or doesn't even apologize for their mistake. So unhappy and disappointed with my shopping experience. I'll take my business to somewhere else. They don't own their mistakes or accept returns. First and last shopping experience. I should have listened the bad reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did and shop from this company.Very bad customer service."

High Price for Plastic Garbage Passed as Italian Leather!

"High price for shoddy knockoffs! I recently purchased two pairs of "Made in Italy" ankle boots from Yoox. I was comfortable purchasing from the company based on the information on their website and Yoox being situated in Italy. The website assured that products were authentic. The product description said the boots were leather and leather lined. I looked up the companies the boots were to have been made by and saw that they sell to upscale stores. I figured I was getting last year's or last season's stock at a good price.

What I received was garbage. Not worth even a quarter of the discounted sale price. Junk boots made of plastic, they smell like cheap plastic, look horrible, are a weird and ugly fit. AND after I received them I did some digging and found them on a Chinese wholesale site. Cheap, cheap, cheap, Shameful. I called customer service and told them they were selling counterfeit goods.

Reading online reviews customer service seems to be lacking. Apparently many people receive a fraction of what they are owed when they return goods with many not being reimbursed at all. I'm not impressed. I would not have bought these boots had I known they contained any plastic or synthetic materials as I'm allergic.

Yoox is selling counterfeit goods and misleading people with their messaging and product descriptions. Shameful!

"Shopping at Yoox is a great way to avoid run-of-the-mill, cheap, low-quality rags sold at major chain stores in the U.S.

Yoox has a nice return policy.

Yoox always has many items in the clearance section, which I like 'cause I'm typically on a tight budget when clothes shopping.

Yoox also runs sales often, just another way to get a good deal.

I wish all clothes stores had items with this high of quality for this low of price.

"I made a few purchases last week using the promotion of 30% off an android application.  Today I went back online to order a few more items and I noticed that many of the times I’ve purchased were a lot cheaper – the base price was less (not including the promotion)


I called Yoox and asked for a price adjustment on the items I am keeping.  Unfortunately I was advised the “prices cannot be adjusted if a promotion was applied to the order”.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and I spoke to Ann, who was very nice and reiterated that she can’t help with my request.


I was not asking to have the prices adjusted based on my promotion of 30% off.  I was asking to have them adjusted based on the current promotion – and she still was not able to help me.  She advised me to either repurchase the item or keep it or return it. Unfortunately many of the items are no longer available in my sizes and the option of repurchasing them is impossible.


I really love the items I’ve purchased, but seeing that they are currently a lot cheaper and also have an additional discount of 25% is upsetting that I am overpaying for these items and I am not able to reorder them.


This is the first time I have ever encounter an issue with a price adjustment on purchases from a retailer and I have never been advised to repurchase or return an item if I am not happy with the price.  The price adjustment policy needs to be reevaluated.  I am a loyal customer and this policy will definitely make me think twice before recommending yoox or using yoox.

"Like so many.. jacket was cheap and flimsy, and easily TWO SIZES smaller than advertised.. But NO REFUND in spite of promise. Lost $100 just like that. Will dispute at bank, but rip-off reports are all over the net.. I should have checked."
