Garbage Company

"I bought a set of dinning chairs from Yliving. 4 months after one of the leather chairs (apparently faux leather ) started to split open.
Called them to report the problem and said sorry the manufacturer doesn't think this is a defect.
The person I spoke to was not very nice. Both the product and the company are garbage.

put my order on hold for no reason, told me to proceed with order since issue was resolved and canceled it without notice. time waster!

"emailed me and told my order was on hold, same billing and shipping info has no issues with Amazon and Wayfair by the way. I've call to cancel the order, then their customer rep told me to process it. After two days I found out it's been canceled without any phone or email notice. shop here if you got a lot of time to waste."

Do Not Hire this company

"I have a trade account with Yliving. After purchasing 4 items which explicitly said in their website that will ship in 3-4 weeks (sept 26 2017) I call to follow up, about 3 weeks in after the purchase, and found to my surprise the items were backordered for 5 months!!!. No one even had the courtesy to call or email to let me know. I called customer service and no one answered the phone EVER (there is an 11 minute wait until the call is sent directly to voice mail. I left several voice mails and no one has returned my calls. I also included myself in a list to be called in the order my call was received, and obviously no one ever returned my calls...It went like this for several days... finally it occurred to me to call the sales number and of course that number was answered right away. They are very determine to take your money. After speaking with a lot of reps... I am still unable to resolve my issue. The only item that was in-stock from my original order, which I asked to have that shipped right away, they said it was going to be shipped last week on October 19th. I called again today and was told it was going to ship in 1 to 2 days (today is October 24th). Every time I call there is a different answer, a different person and a different time frame for shipping... and so goes on with their lies and deceits. And if someone in Yliving ever get across this review please know I tried speaking to Adam, whom I was told by a customer sales rep is one of the supervisors, but he was very busy to take my call at the moment. I am now waiting on supervisor Cristina to call me back..... Now based on my experience I would suggest to anyone from the the design community and potential customers to stay away from this company. They are not worth your time and money."

YLiving - avoid buying from this firm

"I ordered a sofa which after unpacking (using their white glove service who took the original packing with them) was obviously too small. I called to return the sofa which hadn't even been sat on and they refused leaving my jammed with a $3k so far that doesn't fit in my house.
I'll never buy from this company again - in this day and age a firm that refuses to take back returns by stating if you unpack it its yours is ridiculous - Everyone needs to unpack something to see if it works with the space - so clearly they take zero returns....shameful/scam....not to mention the delivery process required 4 phone calls and one days wages lost due to their incompetence

"Great products, but horrible customer service. I was told the order would take longer when I purchased in May, but it ended not shipping until the end of July. I tried contacting customer service by phone, and never got a straight answer. Several of my emails to customer service went unanswered. My order was finally shipped but no explanation for the delay was given. Will not buy from them again."
