"They had what I ordered in stock, it arrived about when it was supposed to, and the lamps arrived in fine shape. My only minor complaint is that it took eight business days from the time I placed my order to when it shipped out--seems a little long. But this was not a big deal."

"We placed an order on january, they have sent our order and charged us, two of th itens they duplicated, we warned them and they didn´t pick up the products yet. For over 2 months now they have been sending us emailos telling that we haven´t paid for the order, we already sent them our credit card bill but everytime they say something diferent. Worst store to buy online i have shoped before. "

"Good products at good prices but poor customer service. I placed an order online and my credit card was charged immediately. No communication. Emailed them a week latter to say please confirm the lamps are coming or I'll cancel. They replied they were checking availability with the manufacturer. Two weeks went by. I emailed again for status. Nothing. The lamps arrived from the manufacturer several days latter requiring a signature. No advance notice! The e-mail from Y Lighting stating the lamps were being shipped arrived after the lamps. Then, there was a manufacturing problem whereby the lamps wouldn't mate with the pin kit. I contacted the manufacturer and Y Lighting. The manufacturer emailed modification instructions back to me. Y Lighting has never acknowledged my email. They sell very high end products such as Artemide, Luceplan, Holtkoetter and Viso but they have no customer service. "

"I had an issue where there was miscommunication of a product on their site, and the product was non-returnable. However, it was resolved and they have said that they will refund my amount. I will wait and see if that happens, but if they follow through I will definitely place an order with them again."

"Don't shop at this store. I placed my order 3 months ago and still have not received my full order. I received the first part - a chandelier - which was damaged upon arrival. I've been trying to get a replacement out for weeks with no luck. Their customer service has told me to wait until they receive notice from the manufacturer and haven't sent out a replacement. There is no end in sight for this purchase. The remainder of my purchase (2 pendant lights) were supposed to arrive between 6-8 weeks. It's been 12 weeks so far and I don't know when I'll get them. Their customer service is lousy. They take a long time following up and responding to calls/emails. Like I said, be careful about shopping here."
