"This is our second time using YBY. We had some minor issues with our first order, but chalked it up to working with a company the first time, and made sure to address those points on our second order. The first batch arrived cut differently than our original order. This cause the printed side to crack when folded and closed. Every box is smashed flat (because of shipping, get to that in a bit) so when they are folded, they want to crease everywhere. YBY took steps to correct this, and after a couple weeks, said they would re-print.
We waited. And waited. No word on tracking. You would think a print shop in Delaware would be able to get these turned around a lot faster, especially with the order being several thousand dollars. We discovered more of why when they arrived today.
The second order arrived, missing almost 2/3rd of the quantity we had paid for. The box looked like it had been through hell, and the customs forms (wait, what!?) showed these were made in Pakistan. That explains the long wait times, the lack of tracking (until they were actually delivered) and why every box is damp. It also explains why they are falling apart, as the corrugated cardboard is smashed flat. Where they are not falling apart. Oh, and this is 2 months of waiting.
If we wanted to go overseas for our production, we would have done it ourselves. We will be taking our business elsewhere. "
