" Very disappointing experience. $148 order of granulated xylitol along with two jars of jam and a bottle of syrup. Shipment was packaged in a box that was about twice as large as the contents with one sheet of paper put in for packaging material. Contents were left to bang around inside of the box during shipment. Two bags of xylitol broke open and the bottle of syrup broke during shipment. It wasn't the fault of UPS, it was the fault of whoever didn't do proper packaging.
I took a number of pictures when I first opened the box to document the lack of proper packaging and the damage to the contenets. I wrote an email and attached my pictures and sent it to the only email address that is shown on their website. I didn't receive any reply so I sent it again in a week. Still no reply so 4 days later I sent it to matt@xylitolusa - the person who sends out their advertisements to people who are on their email list. Still no reply - sent it to Matt again in another 9 days. It has now been 3 months since my order arrived damaged and I still have heard nothing from them. I bore the cost of the products that were damaged (both the xylitol and the syrup leaked out during shipment so that I did not receive the product that I paid for).
Disappointing experience, I can't recommend them. I won't be purchasing from them again. I have found the same products at comparable prices with excellent service from iHerb.com.
