Took my money, sent wrong screen, won't respond to issue.

"Was a customer before and they were great, after placing this order it seems that they have **** the proverbial bed when it comes to customer service. not only are they a terrible company to do business with, i had to pay for that lesson."

What Happened To You?

"Up until a year ago I had all good experiences with this company, customer service, and product. The past year has been a complete turnaround. They did not send the complete order. When contacted they failed to respond twice. When they finally did reply the lied, and did not resent missing part of my order. Then I requested a refund. I was shorted there as well. The product has been subpar as well. Several screen protectors I ordered were not case friendly. "

Asked for replacement, got snarky reply from customer service

"I placed an order for the Flozu clear case for my Pixel phone, and also a screen protector. Immediately after placing the order, I realized that the standard protector is not case-friendly, so I asked it to be replaced with the HD dry-install protector, which was cheaper than my original order.

Customer service replied and ensured me that I will receive the replacement. After few days, I received the order and was surprised to find that there was no replacement - they sent me the standard protector instead of HD protector! After asking customer service again, they asked me to return the protector at my postage cost for a full refund! They also added a snarky comment to the email that "logic dictates that if I was unhappy with the other order, I will be unhappy with the new replacement too, so there is no point in sending a replacement"! This was surprising since I had clearly asked a replacement for a DIFFERENT protector - clearly I would be unhappy with the standard protector since it does not work well with the case! I finally gave up and replied that it is not worth for me to spend 50 cents to return a 80-cent protector for refund and ended on an unhappy note with their so-called customer service team.

"The seller has never sent an item, I have contacted them, they told me they were sorry and will issue a replacement but they did not do that for 2 times already just lying about that, just for 2.29$ transaction company is ruining their reputation. Will never ever buy anything from them. BEWARE !!!"

"I've purchased from them about 5 times, all without any problems in ordering. My last order was for a Note 4 glass and then shipped a replacement as soon as I told them the item arrived broken. They had great customer service.

Update 14 Apr 2105:
Made another purchase ow two iPhone 6 plus and a Galaxy S6 glass protectors. The packaging was much better as it came in a hard plastic case that protected the screens and appeared very professional. The edges of the glass were beveled nicely.

"I ordered three full body screen protectors and they sent me wrong products. I contacted them and they didn't bother to reply even to say sorry.
