"Horrible seller. Bought a Zune 8 gig player. It stopped charging 2 weeks later . Sent 4 emails all un responded to .
Finaly called him , and recieved an rma number .
3 weeks later I had to contact him again as he never responded to an email asking the RMA status.
I was told that he was going to have to send the player to his " distributer " who whould have to send it back to Microsoft for further inspection , but that he did verify it was not holding a charge .
I was informed that all this whould take about 8-10 more weeks.
I demanded a refund as I was unwilling to wait another 2 months for use of something I had already payed for. He refused to refund and states that since he has no more .
Later I received an Email stating that I am only entitled to a 4 gig replacement. And an in-store credit of $30.00 .
I demanded a Replacement of 8gig or a full refund or fix my original one .
On line policy states 1 year warranty .
Now he has my money and my player.

"Techs and home users, I'd stay away from Xiertek. I ordered a p3 600MHz processor from this vendor, and it came with the heatsink, but not the fan. The product description clearly states "Free Intel Heatsink Fan Set," and there is even a picture of the processor with everything assembled including the fan. I couldn't find the fan locally, so I'm either ordering from another vendor or I'm out $50.
These older processors are increasingly hard to find. One always has to settle for the OEM version (usually sold by one of the bottom-feeders of the online parts-vendor world). So let the buyer beware. Check reviews, and be aware of the mercenary return policies and absent customer service of these low-end companies.
For the record, at the time of this post: 2 days without replying to my email or answering the phone (they don't even have an answering service!).

"I have dealt with this company twice in the last 2 weeks. My first order was 5 PCI Modems and my second was 2 Computer Cases and a couple USB Cables. The prices were excellent. Shipping was free since my orders exceeded $29 each. Shipping was not the fastest but after all, it was free. I would definetely do business here again.
