"After installing the bulbs the bright lights only work on one side. Both on dim work fine. U can look at the bulb and tell all aren’t lit. "
"The purchase experience of the LED headlight kit was not too bad. They arrived in about a week.
The only part not great was the extra effort to install. I had to buy a Dremel to use a cutoff wheel to cut down my locking rings. It wasn't too bad but was a bit of a hassle. The resultant new look lighting is OK though. The only other negative is how these lights transition back to low beam; they dim back within a few seconds not instantly."
"Xenon Pro has got to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in any industry, on top of an astronomical price. I'd avoid these guys at all costs, unless you like buying something advertised to fit your car that doesn't fit your car, then being charged $15 to ship it back, and $15 per item for a restocking fee. On top of that the $100+ 25w bulbs are very dim, hardly better than stock. So you have to pay another $30 per set of bulbs to get something decent. So after $90 combined losses between shipping and restocking fees on a $300 set of BULBS for my truck, I went somewhere else and got something brighter, that actually fits my truck, with great customer service, for LESS THAN HALF THIS PRICE. "

"I am pleased with my LED purchase. I am here to tell you... stop cheaping out and spend the money for GOOD quality LED bulbs, and the anti-flicker / error boxes. The brightness and overall performance matches that of OEM, even if your vehicle was built before this technology. My 06 Town & Country, and 05 XB will only sport Xenon Pro lights... if I ever have to replace them.... Thanks for great quality at a more than fair price !!!

"Purchased new HID bulbs about 2 months ago. Had them professionally installed. One bulb and warning cancellation completely stopped working. Chatted with customer service agent by name of Kevin asking for a replacement (since under the lifetime warranty). Found out that I have to pay shipping cost of an additional $40. Did not understand why I have to pay more money to get a replacement that is under a lifetime warranty (guarantee). Company states they stand by their product, but bulb went out after 2 months. If stand behind your product, why charge the additional shipping fee? Also, Kevin disconnected my chat altogether without finishing the conversation. There is no way to call, since it directs you to chat only. Next, I was finally able to connect with a manager. I explained the situation, and he stated that he read through the chat inscription. He also stated that yes, they have the lifetime warranty, but buyer has to pay the shipping. He offered a one-time shipping cost of $19.99, but how can I guarantee that these bulbs will last and not go out again? I am disappointment with the whole process and will not ever buy through them again. I do not recommend this company. Buyers beware and find a company that is local in the U.S. when it comes to warranty claims and great customer service. "
"As it turns out, my 2010 Subaru Legacy was already pre-wired for fog lights, so I didn't end up needing the wiring harness.
I installed the lights myself, but had a shop complete the job on the dashboard. They installed a Subaru fog light switch, which was part of the mirror controller... so I didn't end up using the switch, either, that came with the fog light kit.
