"This is one of the worst online stores. I placed an order on March 2nd, 2009 and on March 5th, 2009 customer service sent a e-mail confirming that they had received my payment. On the same e-mail they stated that if by March 14th I didn't receive a tracking I should contact their customer service. When I contacted them, they sent an e-mail telling me that no payment have been received (even though their payment politics establish that if by 5 days they didn't receive any payment the order would be cancel). Yesterday I sent an e-mail canceling my order since I didn't receive any communication nor tracking number by now and they replied that I was the one who had to cancel the check because I was the one who didn't send a payment."

"I'm more than pleased with the wonderful service of Xcel-watches guys, they are professional, they respond quickly to emails, and within a week I received my new watch just perfect, free shipping and cheaper even than eBay's options; of course the package wasn't traceable at all times but this is not their fault, it is in USPS system but after all it was MY option to choose the free shipping, they can't control those "ghost days" in the "tracking tool".

My suggestion for some "too nervous" costumers who love to give bad feedback without first inquiring about the true responsibility of the merchants is to pay for FEDEX/UPS if they are so pushy, and I say this not because I have some suspicious love or interest towards xcel-watches, I didn't know anything about these guys before this transaction, but precisely because of that I was a little uncomfortable about buying, all those bad feedback posts made me hesitate, guys when you give bad feeback so easily and unfairly you are not only hurting a merchant but other buyers who are looking for honest serious business owners and maybe won't buy because of you.

All I can say is that after trying these guys personally I would say they deserve a better reputation.

At least I would consider them seriously when I buy my next watch.
