"Seller sent the right model camera, but the wrong color. When I emailed XP Express, they acknowledged they'd made a mistake and said they'd correct it, but never did. They haven't responded to repeated emails."

"I ordered a PCI USB 2.0 card on Amazon.com that was to be fulfilled by this company. I got an order confirmation, but after that absolutely nothing. Complete silence. A few weeks after the order should have been delivered I initiated a refund through Amazon. Had I not gone through Amazon who knows what kind of trouble I would have had to deal with. "

"Bought a D-Link 16-port 10/100 Switching Hub. The price was the lowest I could locate for ths item in the time frame allowed. It was brand new, well packed, and quickly delivered.

XP Passport is now in my bookmarks as one of the preferred places to check for networking gear!
