"Having had a bad experience with an Internet-based competitor, I was reluctant to make this purchase. I actually phoned the order in as the website was undergoing upgrading at the time of my order and was not fully functional. I had a question which the person taking the ordercouldn't answer, so she offered to check with her supervisor and call me right back. She called me back within minutes with approval to ship my order in a non-standard fashion at my request (I specified USPS rather than using a courier). She also offered me a "courtesy discount" due to the inconvenience of the website upgrading.
The order was placed and I was advised that I would receive the item within 4-6 business days. To my great surprise, I did receive the order exactly as promised, even despite the fact that the order was shipped via USPS from California to Ontario, Canada! There were no additional customs, duty or brokerage fees assessed.
I wholeheartedly recommend this vendor and will certainly do business with them again. They stock quality goods, and went above and beyond to satisfy my requests. The information they provided was accurate, and on top of everything else, they had a very competitive price.
