wrist zone is fake.

"the above mentioned sentence explains all. Picks our calls and speaks to us but never proceeds further about refund or replace. Fake products, fake people, fake service and everything is absolutely fake. Who ever have time just try to rob them. Their is nothing wrong to rob them or to place fake order, because thats what they are doing to people.

Not a Genuine Product!!!

"Purchased Tissot watch recently with false assurance mentioning service available across the globe at all authorized dealership stores. After purchase, Wrist Zone response is really strange and not expected such a worst behavior. Very careless answer and looks it is complety false site to purchase any product. Not a good site to purchase and it is not worth. Cheating customers through polished marketing approach."

"Like others, my order was canceled. When asking why, Customer NO Service said they knew not why but guessed that the "Processing Dept." did not like the ship-to address, even though it was a registered alternate address with my credit card. I asked if we could follow it up and resolve it and they simply refused, saying the "Processing Dept." will never tell why they canceled. After several circles of the same answers, I bought the same product elsewhere for slightly less $."

"Ortdered a nice Seiko watch and had no hassels with Wristzone but UPS delivered it to the wrong address and let someone unknown sign for it. Now my replacement is in limbo until the UPS investigation is complete which is poor customer service. They should have sent a replacement overnight in my opinion. If the original is located then send it back to WZ and return it to stock."

"I ordered a Casio Waveceptor watch from WristZone. They have an excellent variety of watches at incredible prices. The watch was shipped promptly and arrived quickly.

I had two problems, though. Some watches were indicated to be in stock on the website but when you added them to your cart they were shown to be out of stock. That was a bit deceptive. You shouldn't have to add the item to the cart to determine actual stock of the item. Also, their order status is confusing. Your order is shown as "On hold" before it ships, which led me to believe that there was a problem when there wasn't. At least they are very responsive via e-mail.

Overall I was satisfied with my purchase and would shop at WristZone again.
