"I ordered a protection kit for my HP Touchsmart in September 2009 from the Wrapsol website. I found a 30% off coupon and knocked the price down to a reasonable range (computer skins cost $50). The item arrived very quickly and I can say I've never used a better skin. It installed very easily, covered all the right spots, and it feels good to touch (it offers better grip than the feel my laptop plastic casing).

After a year of use, the edges started to peel and get very grimy. I wanted to get a new one but decided to wait until my laptop was fixed (see my HP review); this turned out to be a good decision, because the HP techs peeled off my skin.

I contacted Wrapsol for a replacement, providing my order number and my receipt, under their lifetime guarantee. Since they'd removed my original product from their catalog, I couldn't use their automated form. Support responded promptly and reported that they'd cut my (custom) skin that day. They told me to use the automated form process and select any computer skin (I used the Apple Mac) and that they would tell shipping about my situation. Through the form, I could upload photos of the product failure or mail them the used skin. (Fortunately, I had taken many photos of my laptop's condition before sending it to HP, so I had photos of the messed-up skin.)

Shipping cost $4.95 for FedEx ground. I let Wrapsol know I'd completed the form and they notified shipping to send me the custom HP Touchsmart replacement (instead of an Apple Mac skin). Three days later, the package showed up at my door with a brand new Touchsmart skin.

I am very pleased with Wrapsol's product and customer support. I do hope they expand their skin selection in the near future."
