"I ordered lollipops through this site for my 3 children, so they would something special to remember their baptism. I ordered a month in advance and waited patiently for my package to arrive. The week before the event I called to check on my order because it still not arrived and I was told that my order was cancelled. They claimed that they called and left a voicemail on my phone, which was false, I never received any voicemail or e mail to let me know. I was assured that my payment had been refunded, but that was not my concern. My concern is that I now have less than a week to find something similar with printed names and dates and I'm sure that will be next to impossible. I'm really disappointed because I stumbled across this site while searching and I was really excited about this cute idea. And now I have nothing. I will not be using this site again."
"I have purchased Baby Girl Shower items 7 years ago and I had my order shipped out to another state and I received my order within a week it was fast service. Now I have purchased Baby Boy Shower items and I have been to the store several times everyone there has been very helpful and friendly. I am impressed and pleased with this company. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

"Worst company ever.....We ordered some thank you gift from this stupid website to have it on time before our baby shower. I talked to the representative to make sure we get them before of shower day and she insisted that there is enough time to order it...and now,we got the message that the gifts will be delivered 3 days after our shower day.....we are very angry and disappointed and I called them to complain and see if they can do anything to compensate....They just said, we are sorry and there is nothing they can do now and its too late.....They ruined our shower and we have not even enough time to order anything else.....The service was horrible and I dont go back to this website again......."
"AWFUL.Ordered a "red carpet runner" for a classy corporate event. They sent us a thin, horrible, crappy piece of of material. It looked NOTHING like the photo.
Then, their TERRIBLE customer service- wow. They will not send return label but we will pay more in returning then the item itself! I've asked for Management to call me SEVERAL times- at least 6 times- and still have not received a call.
Cheap, crappy products and just awful service all around."
"We ordered a cake server set for our wedding. It came in a timely manner and was beautiful! The day of our wedding, our cake cutter broke. I contacted WrapWithUs Customer Service, and they sent us a new cake cutter set to have for our keepsake!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
"I placed an order on a sunday evening and requested my product for the following thur or friday.
I received a call the next morning informing me there was no way they could get the product to me by then. They told me I could cancel my order or they offered to send it for me by priority mail with no extra charge beyond the regular shipping charge.
I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived on Wednesday.

"I am so incredibly happy with the bridal shower favors I ordered!! I was nervous not knowing what they'd look like when I got them home, but you've FAR exceeded my expectations!!! They're so perfect, and you had them delivered ASAP, not at my request, but I guess that's just the way you do things. I was pleasantly surprised when my order was delivered in 1 1/2 days from time of ordering.

"I ordered a dozen table cloths for a catered party I was having for my son. I was very displeased with the look of this product upon receipt. On the website, you cannot tell that the tablecloths are see thru. The picture on their website of these tablecloths is VERY misleading. I'm not sure how this company feels they can get away with this? They charge a lot of money for shipping, and of course because I returned them, I had to pay for the shipping again. The lesson I learned was to NEVER use this company again. I ended up finding another online company where the tablecloths were beautiful, and just a tad more money than these cheap, flimsy, see thru things."
