"I had to do a chargeback with my credit card company, because World of Judaica didn't send my ring. I ordered the ring in mid December, and still hadn't received it a month later, even though my credit card was charged right away. I had tried calling the company, emailing several times, and chat was never available. After reading all the negative reviews I was afraid that even if the company eventually sent me the ring it might not be what I ordered, and the ring was so expensive I wasn't willing to risk it. My husband didn't trust a company that didn't even have the decency to answer one email, and my credit card company advised against continuing to do business with a company that ignored customer service and had such negative reviews. Terrible and very disappointing as the ring was supposed to be my Christmas present. "
"Ordered a necklace for my fiancé for our anniversary. For some reason, the chain length was not specified. They emailed me twice in regards to asking what length chain i wanted to which i replied to each twice to no avail. I have also emailed the service email several times to no avail. Still no reply. I called the UK helpline number (as i live in the UK) and reached a number in India which was a wrong number. The US number apparently didnt exist. I am a disappointed as i have not had problems in the past with this company."
"I ordered a challah knife for my cousin to arrive before Channuka. She lives in NY. While the
company maintains a Roxbury, MA address, who knows where they are really located. Has anyone
found a good number for them? I will contact the FTC to file a complaint. I left more than 3 voicemails; numerous e-mails, etc. I have not received any response. How convenient for them
to list a telephone number in Israel. It is probably bogus as well. I intend to send a broadcast e-mail to several of the large synagogues across the country to let people know to stay away from
