"I ordered a digital camera and was pressured into ordering accessories. My order was verified by email, by product name and price. when my order arrived none of the accessories was the brand I had ordered. I was lied to and told the ones they sent were made by the same company. I verified this with the company that made the product I ordered. They also sent one accessory that could not possibly be used by my camera. The sales man said the people in shipping were "a bunch of dips" and that is a quote. I was told to return it and they would send a correct one. I informed them I had purchased a replacement at a much lower price in a retail store. They became angry and told me to return the item and when they received it they would refund my money. I did so and had it sent so that I would received a postal confirmation. INSTEAD of refunding my money they sent me an email informing me they had shipped the item I specifically told them not to. I contacted them and told them I would not accept it from UPS, they said as soon as they received it back they would refund my money. I refused to accept this and after a heated discussion they agreed to refund my money right away. They did not! I contacted VISA and was issued a refund. These people are banking on having your funds in their accounts while they play games with you. They should be shut down!"

"Called, verified order, told it was back order for 3 weeks...so I said ..OK. Check on the order status after 4 weeks, told that it was back order and they have the DSF F707 exclusive kit for $999 which is $300 more. Meaning you have to pay extra $300 for cheap filter, batt, and camera bag or else we will not sell it to you. I insist to hold on to my original order. Called be after few more days and the sales person asked me it will be backed order for 3 more weeks and offer to CANCEL my order. Don't waste your time with this bait and switch company. "

"Bait & switch operation. You order online & they email you to call them "For verification purposes". They then lie about the product's short comings such as 15 minute battery life and the necessity for filters, warranty, etc. If you decline, they email and say product is back ordered for 3 weeks. Your product will never come and when you follow up, they have no record of your order. You will NEVER get the product at the price they advertize unless you buy the over priced accessories"
