"I ordered a book from World Retail Store on the date above. My credit card was debited on 29th September 2007.
I have sent the store countless emails inquiring about the order.
To date I have not received a reply - I have emailed both from the website contact page and also sent emails to open communications.
I have not received the book yet either.
I reccommend that no-one buys from this store, since they are happy to take the money but offer no support, no feedback and are not interested in customer inquiries.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have been charged for a book that I have not received. I've made several attempts to contact the vendor via phone messages, emails, fax, submitted request on their website to cancel the order and have received no response or any type of communication. The website looks very legitimate but in reading the other reviews it appears not to be. The only communication received is the email confirming the order. Again I stress, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE."

"I purchased a book for $84.00 usd and got nothing. They never have answered an e-mail. I turned them in for fraud, but i was too late for the cc company - this is not a legitimate company. Also the phone is to some center in CA that will not address sales issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"I strongly advise NOT buying from World Retail Store. I ordered a book two and a half months ago (Dec. 2, 2005) and have still not received delivery. They were very fast to charge my credit card, but have not bothered to respond to my e-mails asking where my book is. On a scale from 1 to 10 for satisfaction, I would rate them a -2...Very poor service."

"Very poor customer service and extremely poor communication. After I place an order, I didn't hear back from them for a week. Then I received an email telling me the items that I ordered were backordered for two weeks. Two and a half weeks later, I had to contact them to inquire about the status of the order. I got no response so I inquired again three days later. A week after my last inquiry (over a month after the initial order), I finally received a curtly worded email telling me the order was canceled because they could not fill it. A month after this fiasco, the items that I ordered are still displayed on their website."
